1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Just50x. You are responsible for maintaining accurate registration data, safeguarding login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Services

Just50x provides education, templates, tools, and community discussions focused on crypto, trading, and risk management. We do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Decisions made using our material are solely your responsibility.

3. Purchases & Subscriptions

• Payments are processed securely through approved gateways or app store billing partners.
• Some products may auto-renew. Renewal terms are disclosed before purchase and can be managed in your billing portal or relevant app store.
• Refund requests follow the policy stated during checkout (typically seven days on first purchase if under 20% of content is consumed) and any applicable app store rules.

4. License & Use

We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal learning. You may not copy, resell, publicly share, or use our intellectual property to create competing services without written consent.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Uploading malicious code, scraping, or attempting to circumvent security controls.
• Harassing instructors or community members, or sharing content that violates laws or regulations.
• Using the platform to offer investment products, solicit funds, or misrepresent affiliation with Just50x.

6. Community & User Content

You retain ownership of content you post but grant Just50x a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and moderate it. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or community guidelines.

7. Mobile App Compliance

App versions distributed through Google Play and the App Store must follow their respective policies, including content rules, subscription disclosures, and refund handling. We may remove access when required by these platforms or regulators.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, videos, course notes, frameworks, graphics, and code are owned by Just50x or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, profitability, or availability. Trading and crypto investing involve significant risk, including loss of capital. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just50x and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid during the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Compliance & Legal Requests

We may suspend or terminate accounts to comply with applicable laws, sanctions, or regulatory requests. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes.

12. Termination

We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using Just50x at any time; obligations related to fees, confidentiality, and IP survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, binding arbitration or courts located in Gujarat, India, unless another forum is required by consumer protection laws.

14. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product or legal changes. When we do, we will revise the effective date and notify users via email, in-app notice, or on this page.
